Having initially started his career in the construction industry, Ben then began his successful career in residential lettings working for a Nationwide agency and winning numerous prestigious awards along the way. Ben prides himself on his ability to adapt to all customers and making the process as simple and less daunting as possible. Ben is born and bred Lewes and during his childhood was a member at almost every sports clubs in the town from football to darts. He has recently relocated to Eastbourne where he lives with his wife after marrying in 2019. In his spare time Ben is either working on a new project to add to his personal portfolio or on the golf course working on his handicap. Tom has been working within the property industry since he left college, working for both independent and corporate estate agents based along the South Coast. Tom purchased his first rental property back in 2019 and is now looking to start a portfolio for himself. He believes being a landlord himself further enables his ability to advise and see it from a landlord’s point of view. Tom has lived in Seaford all his life, he had numerous weekend jobs around Seaford town as a teenager. You may see Tom pounding the South Downs at the weekends and is currently training for his next adventure to conquer “Mount Kilimanjaro” in February 2023. You may also see Tom in his van which he has converted into a camper-van which he loves doing, and much to Ben’s annoyance loves talking about.

Liz’s love for property started when she was young, whenever she would have a sick day off school she would always be sure to watch Homes Under the Hammer and loved that a property in need of repair could be transformed into something beautiful! Fast forward some years and Liz is now fulfilling her passion through selling properties in the local area, renovating multiple properties and building her property portfolio. Liz also has experience in the Residential surveying industry. Liz prides herself on being very straight forward, down to earth and honest. In her spare time, Liz has her hands full with her two French Bulldog called Skye and Arnie.
